- 200grams Lindt raspberry dark chocolate, chopped
- 2tablespoons caster sugar
- 1teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup thickened cream, whipped
- 4 raspberries

Description
There is nothing comfier than curling up with a warming mug of raspberry and cinnamon hot chocolate during a night in.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place milk and cinnamon in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer. Remove pan from heat and stand for 5 minutes to infuse. Remove cinnamon.
Step 2 of 2
Reserve 2 tsp chocolate. Add sugar and vanilla to milk. Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes or until hot but not boiling. Reduce heat to low. Add remaining chocolate and whisk until smooth. Divide mixture among 4 mugs. Dollop with cream and top with a raspberry. Sprinkle with reserved chocolate. Serve.
