  • 125grams punnet Driscoll’s® Raspberries
  • 1/3 cup pistachio kernels , toasted, chopped

Description

Use Jalna Greek Yoghurt and Driscoll's Raspberries to whip up this easy, refreshing frozen yoghurt bark that's as pretty as it is tasty. It'll be a hit all year round.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Microwave on high, in 30-second instalments, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Cool slightly.

Step 2 of 3

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread yoghurt over the tray. Drizzle with chocolate, then sprinkle with raspberries and pistachios.

Step 3 of 3

Freeze for 4 hours or until set. Remove from freezer and stand for 5 minutes, then cut into pieces to serve.
