  • 1kilograms ready to roast frozen turkey breast
  • 2tablespoons coriander stalks, finely chopped
  • 3 cm piece ginger, grated
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2tablespoons brown sugar

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook Ready to Roast Turkey Thigh as per packet instructions.

Step 2 of 3

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and coriander stalks in a bowl.

Step 3 of 3

Remove foil from turkey. Spoon soy glaze over the turkey. Bake for a further 15 minutes. Baste turkey with glaze in dish. Bake for a further 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven, then leave to stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve topped with coriander sprigs.
