- 400grams turkey
- 1tablespoons canola oil
- 3 medium chillies, mixed chillies and sliced
- 1 medium white onion, peeled and chopped
- 100grams bok choi, grated
- 3tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 medium shallots, sliced
- 50grams bean sprouts
- 80grams cashew nuts
Description
This turkey Thai noodle dish has a spicy kick, but with a creamy nuttiness of the cashew nuts.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat up a pan to a medium heat with the canola oil and fry the chillies and cashews for 3 minutes. Add the onion and bok choi to the pan and fry for a further 3 minutes.
Step 2 of 2
Tear or chop your cooked turkey and add that to the pan with the rest of the ingredients. Cook the entire dish for a further 5 minutes while tossing regularly. Remove from the heat and serve with a choice of side.
