Description

This Teriyaki beef stir fry recipe fuses soft hoikken noodles with beef mince and veggies in an authentic Japanese style sauce. Easy to make and on the table ibn 15 minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook noodles according to packet instructions.

Step 2 of 4

Combine shallots, onion and cashews in a bowl.

Step 3 of 4

Place oil in a wok over high heat. Swirl to coat. Add mince, then cook, breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon, for 3 minutes or until browned. Add mushrooms, then cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until tender.

Step 4 of 4

Add noodles and sauce, then cook, stirring, 4 minutes or until heated through. Add vegetables and cook, tossing, for 1 minute or until wilted. Divide stir-fry among bowls. Serve topped with cashew crumble.
