- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 95grams plain low-fat yoghurt
- 1tablespoons parsley
- 1tablespoons dill
- 1teaspoons preserved stem ginger
- 1teaspoons preserved ginger syrup (from the jar)
Method
Step 1 of 2
Mix the yoghurt, parsley, dill, ginger, ginger syrup, lemon zest, and juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
