  • 150grams cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large avocado, stoned and sliced into cubes
  • 1/2 bunch coriander, fresh, chopped
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium lime, juiced

Description

This simple salsa is zingy and fresh with lots of lime and coriander, perfect with grilled chicken or for scooping up with tortilla chips.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Add the sweetcorn, red onion, jalapenos, cherry tomatoes, avocado and coriander to a large bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Pour over the olive oil and lime juice, toss well and serve.
