- 1 large ripe pineapple, about 1.5 kg
- 1 papaya, about 400 g
- 3 passion fruit
- 1 lime, juice only
- 1 sprigs mint (to decorate)

Method
Step 1 of 2
Peel and core the pineapple and cut the flesh into small wedges. Do the same with the papaya, carefully removing the seeds with a spoon. Put the pineapple and papaya in a serving bowl.
Step 2 of 2
Cut the passion fruit in half and scrape the pulp into the bowl. Add the lime juice, mix carefully and serve decorated with mint sprigs.
