- 2tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/4teaspoons himalayan salt
- 1teaspoons miso paste (optional)
- 150milliliter water

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat fan-forced oven to 140°C.
Step 2 of 4
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Spoon into 2 baking paper lined ramekins or silicon moulds.
Step 3 of 4
Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool, and place in the fridge to chill and firm up overnight.
Step 4 of 4
Serve chilled with fruit, nuts, dip and crackers.
