  • 2 celery stalks, thickly sliced

Description

Ready in a flash, this fresh twist on the classic Waldorf salad featuring blueberries and nectarines is just what your barbecue spread needs.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Spray peach wedges with oil, then cook for 2 minutes on each side or until lightly charred.

Step 2 of 3

Place buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Season with pepper.

Step 3 of 3

Arrange leafy mix, celery, peach wedges, blueberries and walnuts on a platter. Drizzle over dressing. Serve seasoned with pepper.
