Description

The humble iceberg lettuce gets an impressive makeover - sprinkled with crispy, spicy chorizo and drizzled with a sour cream and lime dressing, this tasty side is ready in just 10 minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in small frying pan over medium heat. Cook chorizo for 5 minutes or until charred and crispy. Set aside.

Combine sour cream and lime juice in a small bowl, then season.

Step 3 of 3

Arrange lettuce on a platter, spoon over chorizo and dressing, season with pepper and serve scattered with jalapeno.
