  • 400grams Woolworths chicken breast tempura nuggets
  • 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 large red capsicum
  • 350grams broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 2teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted

Description

Craving some nugs? This one-tray wonder combines crunchy, sticky chicken nuggets with capsicum, broccoli and spring onions for a moreish (and easy) dinner or speedy lunch.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease a large baking tray and line with baking paper. Place chicken nuggets, in a single layer, on tray. Bake for 10 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Drizzle chicken with sweet chilli sauce. Turn to coat. Return to the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 3 of 3

Add capsicum and vegetables to the tray. Turn to coat. Bake for a further 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with onion and sesame seeds. Serve.
