- 250grams cream cheese, softened
- 250grams frozen spinach, thawed
- 300milliliter sour cream
- 40grams french onion soup mix

Description
Super easy dip which is a crowd pleaser. The mixture can be prepared ahead of a party and bake when ready to serve hot.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan forced.
Step 2 of 5
Cut off top of loaf (about 3cm) to form lid. Scoop out bread from centre of loaf and tear into small pieces.
Step 3 of 5
Squeeze out excess liquid from spinach.
Step 4 of 5
In a bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, sour cream and french onion soup mix. Mix everything together nicely. Freeze the mixture for at least an hour to enable the flavours to combine properly.
Step 5 of 5
Add the mixture into the cob and place the lid. Add the bread pieces in a single layer around the cob. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 160 degrees fan forced. Serve hot.
