  • 3/4 cup Chobani No Fat Plain Yoghurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 500grams Bell Farms chopped spinach, thawed, rinsed, drained
  • 1teaspoons salt (to season)
  • 1teaspoons pepper (to season)
  • 50grams Dairyworks Garlic & Sea Salt Butter, melted
  • 3 Mission Pita Bread Pockets

Method

Step 1 of 8

Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan bake.

In a large bowl mix together sour cream and natural yoghurt.

Step 3 of 8

Add garlic, onion & spinach and combine. Lastly add the Dairyworks Tasty Grated Cheese and mix well.

Step 4 of 8

Transfer dip to a small baking dish and spread evenly.

Step 5 of 8

Place in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is nice and melted.

Prepare garlic pita breads by drizzling melted Dairyworks Garlic & Sea Salt Butter over sliced pita breads.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the Baked Spinach Dip warm, with pita breads on the side for dipping.
