- 100grams Camembert cheese (in a lidded box)
- 6 walnut halves, roughly chopped
- 2tablespoons thyme (to garnish)
- 2tablespoons runny honey
- 8 slices crusty bread (to serve)
- 250grams carrot sticks (to serve)
- 300grams celery sticks (to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 4
Remove the cheese from its box and discard any paper or plastic wrapping. Slice off the top rind and replace the cheese in its box.

Sprinkle the surface of the cheese with the walnuts and thyme, and drizzle with the honey.
Step 3 of 4
Replace the lid and place the box in the centre of a preheated oven, 220°C, Gas Mark 7, for 5-10 minutes. Depending on the ripeness of the cheese, it should be nicely runny inside when cooked.

Garnish with thyme sprigs and serve warm with crusty bread and vegetable crudités.
