  • 3 sheets puff pastry

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat the oven to 180 C fan bake.

Step 2 of 4

Cut puff pastry into squares, using Dairyworks Cheddar Natural Slices as a size guide, then cut in half to create triangles.

Step 3 of 4

Place a cocktail sausage in the middle of each pastry, then toll the pastry over the sausage, pinching the corners to hold it together.

Step 4 of 4

Baste pastry with butter and place in over for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
