- 1kilograms sausage mince
- 1 can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1tablespoons vinegar
- 1tablespoons cornflour
- 1tablespoons honey
- 1 egg yolk
- 2tablespoons oil
- pinch salt
Description
Quick and easy. Serve with white rice or mashed potatoes.

Method
Step 1 of 8
Add pinch of salt to Sausage Mince and roll mince into walnut sized balls.
Step 2 of 8
Fry in oil until cooked through.
Step 3 of 8
Drain oil and set aside on paper towel.
Step 4 of 8
Drain juice from pineapple and place the juice in saucepan. Keep pineapple pieces for later.
Step 5 of 8
Heat pineapple juice on low heat.
Step 6 of 8
Place egg yolk, corn flour, vinegar and honey into a jar and shake until combined.
Step 7 of 8
Add this mixture to hot pineapple juice, lower heat, stir constantly until mixture thickens.
Step 8 of 8
Place meatballs into casserole dish and pour sauce over them. Add pineapple chunks if desired.
