- 2 sheet puff pastry, just thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 32 beef chipolata sausages

Step 1 of 3
Par-cook chipolatas in a non-stick frying pan for 5 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towel. Cool for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat oven to 220°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Step 3 of 3
Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 16 squares measuring 6cm each. Wrap one chipolata in each piece of pastry to enclose, pressing two of the corners together to seal. Arrange on the prepared baking trays. Brush pastry with egg and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve warm.
