Description

Woolworths team member Belinda Whitefield from the Palmerston Gateway store swears by her damper share loaf. It's the ultimate cheat's starter.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 4

Cut out centre of each damper, leaving a 2cm border around edges. Arrange dampers in a circular pattern, with the largest damper in the centre.

Step 3 of 4

Place brie in centre damper. Place 1 piece of cream cheese and 1 cherry tomato into four of the remaining dampers. Place 4 bocconcini and 1 tomato in each of the remaining dampers.

Step 4 of 4

Arrange ham over edges of dampers to cover joins. Sprinkle with bacon, and mozzarella and tasty cheese. Season. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
