- 300grams plain flour, sifted
- 7grams yeast
- 1 pinch salt
- 160grams butter, 60g for dough and 100g for sauce
- 2/3 cup water, warm but not boiling
- 2tablespoons chives, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed

Description
A delightfully soft and fluffy dough ball recipe.
Method
Step 1 of 7
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast and salt.
Step 2 of 7
In a separate container, let 60g of butter melt into the warm water.
Step 3 of 7
Incrementally add the water and butter into the mixing bowl while its mixing, add enough until you get a nice doughy consistency.
Step 4 of 7
Divide the mixing into about 12 balls and allow to set at room temperature for 1 hour.
Step 5 of 7
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
Step 6 of 7
Heat up the 100g of butter in a saucepan with the chives and garlic butter and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 7 of 7
Place the dough balls in a baking dish and cover with the melted butter and bake for 30 minutes before serving with the butter drained from the baking dish.
