- 500grams tomato pasta sauce with red wine & garlic
- 150grams marinated Persian feta in oil
- 550grams crispy garlic chicken fillets, thinly sliced

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C. Grease an 8-cup baking dish. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, add 1 tbs oil from feta to a large frying pan over high heat. Add chicken, reserving sachet of breadcrumbs, and reserved basil stems and cook for 4 minutes, stirring, or until almost cooked through. Discard basil stems.
Step 3 of 3
Add pasta sauce, reserved water and breadcrumbs, and pasta and toss to coat. Transfer to baking dish. Crumble over feta. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve pasta topped with basil leaves.
