- 1/2teaspoons cayenne
- 2teaspoons paprika
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1tablespoons brown sugar
- 1teaspoons salt
- 1tablespoons canola oil
- 4 scotch pork fillet steaks, patted dry
- 8 pineapple slices
Description
This spiced pork scotch fillet served with caramelised pineapple and salad will be a huge summer hit.
Method
Step 1 of 3
In a shallow dish, mix the cayenne, paprika, garlic cloves, brown sugar, salt and canola oil. Marinate the steaks for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the outdoor grill on high.
Step 3 of 3
Cook the pork fillet tor 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked. Transfer to a heatproof plate. Cover with foil; rest for 5 minutes. Cook the pineapple slices for a few seconds until charred. Serve this lovely steaks and pineapples with a simple salad.
