- 2 potatoes, chopped into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
- 1tablespoons mayonnaise

Method
Step 1 of 5
Heat fry pan or grill plate and lightly oil.
Step 2 of 5
Place pork on heated pan or grill plate and cook for 6 minutes on each side.

Boil potatoes until tender and set aside to cool.
Step 4 of 5
Create a dressing by mixing 1/2 cup natural yoghurt and 1 tbsp, mayonnaise. Season to taste.
Step 5 of 5
Toss cooled potatoes through the dressing with some chopped parsley, add avocado and serve with cooked scotch fillet.
