- 2tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 lime, half juiced, half for garnish
- 3 chilli, finely sliced
- 1tablespoons brown sugar
- 1tablespoons lemongrass paste, you may also use fresh lemongrass if available.
- 4 scotch pork fillet steaks, patted dry
- 2tablespoons coriander, roughly chopped
Description
These spicy pork scotch fillets are filled with bold flavours, delicious paired with a refreshing slaw or chopped salad.
Method
Step 1 of 3
In a shallow dish, mix the fish sauce, coconut milk, lime juice, chilli, brown sugar, lemongrass and 2 tablespoons of fresh chillies. Marinate the steaks for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the outdoor grill on high.
Step 3 of 3
Cook the pork fillet tor 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked. Transfer to a heatproof plate. Cover with foil; rest for 5 minutes. Serve this garnished with lime wedges, fresh chillies and coriander.
