- 2tablespoons brown sugar
- 25milliliter olive oil
- 50milliliter soy sauce
- 2teaspoons chilli garlic sauce
- 2tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 4 300g pork chops
- 5milliliter non-stick cooking spray
Description
Never have another tough and dry pork chop after you've made this recipe for the juiciest pork chops.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Mix the brown sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, Worcestershire sauce and thyme together.
Step 2 of 6
Add the pork chop to a Ziplock bag or baking dish pouring the marinade overtop, letting the pork chops marinade overnight.
Step 3 of 6
Preheat the grill to medium-heat for 10 minutes, patting the pork chops dry using kitchen towel.
Step 4 of 6
Coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray, adding the pork chop to the barbecue.
Step 5 of 6
Cook each side for 6-8 minutes while brushing with the marinade. Give the pork a quarter turn halfway through cooking each side.
Step 6 of 6
Once the pork chops have reached 62°C on a kitchen thermometer, remove them from the grill letting them rest for 5 minutes.
