- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup homebrand parmesan cheese, grated (for serving)
- 500grams lean beef mince
- 500grams Dolmio traditional recipe tomato & basil pasta sauce

Cook pasta following packet directions.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large non-stick frypan over high heat. Add mince and cook till browned. Add mushrooms and carrot and cook for for a further 1-2 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Add tomato basil pasta sauce then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with pasta, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
