  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup homebrand parmesan cheese, grated (for serving)
  • 500grams lean beef mince
  • 500grams Dolmio traditional recipe tomato & basil pasta sauce

Method

Cook pasta following packet directions.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large non-stick frypan over high heat. Add mince and cook till browned. Add mushrooms and carrot and cook for for a further 1-2 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Add tomato basil pasta sauce then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with pasta, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
