Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until browned.

Add beef and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Add sauce and stir to combine.

Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water according to packet instructions.
