- 500grams La Molisana Pastificio extra di lusso spaghetti
- 350grams bolognese base mix
- 500grams lean beef mince
- 700grams chunky pasta sauce
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook base mix for 4 minutes or until softened. Add mince and cook, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until browned. Add sauce and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium, then simmer for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Reduce heat to low. Add pasta to frying pan, tossing for 2 minutes or until heated through.
Step 4 of 4
Divide bolognese among bowls. Season and serve.
