  • 400grams Barilla Bolognese sauce
  • 80grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch pepper (to taste)
  • 350grams beef mince
  • 1 pinch sea salt ground (to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Description

Enjoy our delicious spaghetti bolognese. A classic Italian dish that will delight the whole family. A simple and easy-to-make meal that is sure to be a hit.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Heat oil in a large fry pan on medium heat. Cook the onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2 of 5

Add the mince and brown, making sure there are no lumps. Season, then add the wine and allow it to evaporate. Add the Barilla Bolognese sauce and bay leaf and bring to a simmer.

Step 3 of 5

Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender.

Step 4 of 5

Drain 1 minute before the suggested time and toss with the sauce for a further 1 minute.

Step 5 of 5

Remove from the heat, add parmesan cheese, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and serve.
