- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 200grams diced bacon
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 500grams Woolworths BBQ Hickory Smoke Infused Beef Sausages
- 6 jumbo long crusty rolls
- 450grams Woolworths American BBQ coleslaw
- 1 cup Woolworths Smokey Chipotle Cheddar & Tasty Cheese Shredded Blend
- 1/4 bunch spring onions, green part sliced
Description
Impress guests at your next outdoor gathering with crusty rolls loaded with BBQ hickory smoke-infused sausages, bacon, cheese and slaw.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat oil on a barbecue plate on medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until crispy. Transfer to a bowl and cover to keep warm.
Step 2 of 4
Reduce heat to medium. Add sausages to barbecue. Cook, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or almost cooked through. Continue to cook, brushing sausages with barbecue sauce for a further 2 minutes or until sticky and cooked through.

Meanwhile, prepare coleslaw in a large bowl according to packet instructions.
Step 4 of 4
Using a small sharp knife, make a cut into the top of each roll without cutting the whole way through. Place some of the slaw in each roll, then top with a sausage and some bacon, cheese and spring onions. Serve with remaining slaw.
