Description

The only thing better than bacon is bacon-wrapped sausages, matched here with grilled Roma tomatoes and a sweet maple-and-mustard dressing.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2 of 4

Whisk syrup, oil and mustard in a bowl. Wrap sausages in bacon.

Step 3 of 4

Grill sausages and tomatoes, turning and brushing with syrup mixture occasionally, for 10 minutes or until cooked through and browned. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil. Rest 5 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Serve sausages with tomatoes and salad.
