- 850grams Woolworths beef rump steak, fat trimmed, cut into 3cm cubes
- 1 oakleaf lettuce, trimmed, leaves separated
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled into ribbons
- 1 bunch radish, thinly sliced

Description
Saucy satay beef skewers are the perfect addition to any barbecue. You can whip them up in 20 minutes and they'll be gone in a flash.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium heat. Combine soy, oil and 2 tbs satay sauce in a small bowl. Thread beef on 12 small metal skewers, then place in a large dish. Brush with satay mixture. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, for 8 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, place remaining satay mixture in a medium saucepan over low heat and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.
Step 3 of 3
Drizzle skewers with remaining satay sauce, then serve with lettuce, cucumber and radish.
