  • 1tablespoons lime juice
  • 2teaspoons lime zest
  • 1 handful coriander, chopped
  • 1tablespoons sunflower oil

Step 1 of 1

Slice 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 20 slices. Combine 3 tbs sweet chilli dipping sauce, 1 tbs lime juice, 2 tsp grated lime zest, and a handful of chopped coriander. Pour the marinade over the chicken and chill for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Thread 1 piece of chicken onto presoaked wooden skewers. Sear the chicken on the skewers in 1 tbs sunflower oil for 5 minutes on each side until cooked. Serve with chilli dipping sauce, coriander leaves, and lime wedges.
