- 1tablespoons horseradish cream (for spreading)
- 150grams rare roast beef, thinly sliced, fat removed

Step 1 of 1
Spread 8 slices of medium sliced bread and spread with softened butter. Mix 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, and 1 tbsp horseradish cream. Spread 4 slices of bread with horseradish cream and top with thinly sliced (fat removed) rare roast beef. Top with the remaining 4 slices. Cut off the crusts and discard. Cut into 6 mini sandwiches to serve.
