- 1 medium mango, peeled and finely diced
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2tablespoons lime juice
- 1 pinch salt

These sweet and sticky wings have a slight hint of spice added too.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat up a pan to a medium heat with the canola oil and fry the wings for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
Step 2 of 3
Add the mango, sriracha, lime, salt and coconut milk to the pan, cover and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Step 3 of 3
reduce the sauce until there is a nice thick coating on the wings.
