  • 1kilograms chinese roast pork (buy it at those chinese roast porks and roast ducks shops)
  • 340grams dried fine rice vermicelli
  • 1 bunch small scallion (green onions)
  • 3tablespoons olive oil
  • 3tablespoons fish sauce
  • 3tablespoons vinegar
  • 3tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2tablespoons sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 chili (optional)

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook fine rice vermicelli as per package instructions.

Step 2 of 4

Wash scallion then finely chopped. Heat oil, fry garlic then add chopped scallion. Stir until cooked.

Step 3 of 4

Fish sauce: Combine fish sauce, water, vinegar and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolved. Optional for chili.

Step 4 of 4

Reheat roast pork in the microwave. Bon appetit!
