  • 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 3 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely grated
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2tablespoons soy sauce
  • 500grams freerange chicken wing nibbles

Method

Step 1 of 2

Combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger in a glass bowl. Add chicken. Toss to combine. Transfer bowl to fridge to marinate for 1 hour.

Step 2 of 2

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Transfer chicken to tray. Roast for 25 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a platter. Sprinkle with spring onion and chilli. Serve.
