  • 2 lemons, 1 juiced, 1 cut into wedges
  • 2teaspoons Woolworths pure honey
  • 1/4 bunch oregano, leaves picked

Description

Simple, fresh and bursting with flavour, these delectable barbecued honey-dressed peaches with haloumi and oregano are ready in just 10 minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat a greased barbecue flat plate on medium-high heat. Brush peach and haloumi with half of the oil and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and warmed through.

Step 2 of 3

Place lemon juice, honey and remaining oil in a small jug and whisk to combine. Season with pepper.

Step 3 of 3

Arrange peach, haloumi and lemon wedges on a board. Scatter over oregano and serve drizzled with dressing.
