  • 1/4 cup almonds lemon & herb dukkah
  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 540grams lamb leg steaks
  • 1packets Woolworths kaleslaw kit
  • 1/4 bunch mint, leaves picked
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Description

Give your lamb leg steaks an extra crunch by dipping them in dukkah before barbecuing and serving alongside kaleslaw.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place dukkah on a plate. Drizzle steaks with oil and rub to coat. Coat steaks, one at a time, in dukkah.

Step 2 of 3

Heat a greased barbecue grill on medium heat. Cook lamb for 4 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a tray. Cover loosely with foil and rest for 5 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Prepare salad according to packet instructions. Divide among plates. Top with lamb and sprinkle with mint. Serve with lemon wedges.
