- 1tablespoons full-fat cream cheese
- 25grams smoked salmon trimmings
- 1 stick cucumber (to serve)
- 1 stick carrot (to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 3
Use a rolling pin to roll out the bread as thinly as possible. Spread the bread evenly with a layer of cream cheese, then top with a layer of smoked salmon.
Step 2 of 3
Now roll the bread up tightly, and slice it into 6 even pieces with a serrated knife.
Step 3 of 3
Serve it cut-side up, so that you can see the spiral pattern inside, along with some cucumber and carrot sticks.
