  • 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 600grams RSPCA Approved chicken breast fillets
  • 40grams McCormick slow cooker garlic & herb lamb shanks recipe base
  • 800grams Woolworths diced Italian tomatoes
  • 300grams Woolworths finely shredded coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup Jalna Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 4 Woolworths extra soft lunch bread rolls, split, toasted

Description

Simple, affordable and tasty, these garlic & herb pulled chicken rolls tick all the boxes.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken fillets for 5 minutes each side or until browned. Transfer to a 5.5L slow cooker. Add recipe base and tomatoes. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Once cooked, shred chicken into small pieces using two forks.

Combine coleslaw and yoghurt in a bowl.

Step 3 of 3

Top roll bases with chicken and coleslaw. Sandwich with roll lids. Serve.
