- 1/4 cup char siu sauce
- 2teaspoons soy sauce
- 1teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 500grams pork loin steaks, cut into 2cm pieces
- 1 bunch baby pak choy, halved lengthways
- 500grams microwave jasmine rice
- 2teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally
- 8 metal skewers
- 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray

Description
Thrill your tastebuds with these sticky pork kebabs full of fabulous Asian flavours. Serve with jasmine rice and greens for a satisfying weeknight meal on a budget.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Combine sauces, oil and garlic in a large bowl. Add pork and stir to combine.
Step 2 of 4
Thread pork onto skewers and place on a baking tray. Spray with oil.
Step 3 of 4
Heat a greased chargrill pan or barbecue grill over medium heat. Cook skewered meat, turning, for 2 minutes each side or until cooked through.
Step 4 of 4
Meanwhile, bring a saucepan of water to the boil over high heat. Add pak choy and cook for 1 minute or until bright green and tender. Heat rice according to packet instructions. Serve skewered meat with rice and pak choy. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, chilli and onion.
