Description
Transport your tastebuds to Seoul with these colourful bulgogi beef bowls. This simple, speedy recipe takes the stress out of cooking.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Cook beef and onion for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm. Clean pan and return to heat. Crack eggs into pan and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Step 2 of 3
Heat rice according to packet instructions.
Step 3 of 3
Divide rice among bowls. Top with beef mixture, cabbage, carrot, fried egg and green chilli. Serve.
