  • 500grams Woolworths RSPCA approved chicken breast fillets (from deli), cut into 2cm pieces
  • 225grams Patak's korma sauce
  • 450grams Sunrice microwave basmati rice
  • 1 cup Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced

Win the weeknight with this Indian-inspired chicken korma that's full of flavour and only takes 25 minutes to make.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add chicken and cook for 8 minutes or until browned. Add sauce and one-third cup water. Bring to a simmer and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until sauce has reduced slightly.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat rice according to packet instructions.

Step 3 of 3

Divide rice among bowls. Top with chicken korma. Serve with yoghurt, coriander and onion.
