Description

Go meat-free tonight with delicious plant-based mince tacos drizzled with chipotle BBQ sauce for a fiery kick.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add mince and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, breaking up with a wooden spoon. Add ⅓ cup sauce and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes, or until heated through.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat taco shells according to package instructions.

Step 3 of 3

Fill taco shells with mince mixture, avocado, onion and spinach. Drizzle with remaining sauce. Serve.
