- 4 Just Caught classic crumbed whiting fillets
- 1packets cos hearts lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 continental cucumber
- 300grams Woolworths rainbow coleslaw
- 2/3 cup aioli
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Description
Top lettuce leaves with crumbed whiting fish pieces, rainbow slaw, salad and creamy aioli for an easy weeknight meal that's big on crunch and flavour.
Instruction tip
Tip:For a quick zesty sauce, whisk aioli with grated lemon zest, lemon juice and chopped dill. Add a little bit of freshly chopped chilli or some sweet chilli sauce for a bit of heat.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place fish pieces on tray. Cook fish according to packet directions or until golden-brown. Remove from oven. Season. Cut each piece of fish into 4 pieces.
Step 2 of 2
Place lettuce leaves on serving plates. Top with cucumber, coleslaw and fish. Drizzle with aioli. Sprinkle with onion. Serve with lemon wedges.
