  • 500grams Woolworths COOK sweet soy BBQ chicken breast steaks
  • 250grams Macro Organic brown rice & riceberry
  • 200grams edamame salad
  • 1/4 red cabbage
  • 1/4 bunch spring onion, thinly sliced diagonally

Description

On the table in 20 minutes, this sweet soy chicken dish ticks all the boxes: speedy, flavourful, filling and budget-friendly.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken steaks in a single layer. Cook for 6 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat rice and edamame according to package instructions. Toss 3/4 of edamame through rice.

Step 3 of 3

Divide rice mixture amongst bowls. Top with chicken, cabbage, onion and remaining edamame. Serve.
