- 1 spring onion, finely sliced on an angle

Description
Ready in three steps, this delicious traybake version of the popular Chinese stir-fried noodle dish makes an easy weeknight family meal.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Drizzle a large baking dish with half of the oil. Break up mince with clean hands and scatter over base of dish. Add onion. Drizzle with remaining oil. Bake for 10 minutes or until beginning to brown.
Step 2 of 3
Add recipe base, cabbage, rice and one-and-a-half cups water. Thoroughly combine. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Step 3 of 3
Add green beans to dish. Bake, uncovered for a further 5 minutes, or until beans are tender. Serve topped with shredded carrot and spring onion.
