- 250grams broccoli, cut into florets
- 200grams pork & chive dumplings
- 2tablespoons vegetable oil
- 250grams Woolworths chicken stir-fry
- 1 brown onion, halved, cut into wedges
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 100grams green beans, cut into 3cm pieces
- 2tablespoons Woolworths sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked

Bursting with aromatic Asian flavours, this budget-friendly combination chicken stir-fry will become a weekly go-to.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Prepare noodles following packet instructions. Add broccoli. Drain noodle mixture, reserving ⅓ cup liquid. Cook dumplings in a large saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
Step 2 of 3
Heat 1 tbs oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, in batches, for 2 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Add dumplings to pan and cook, turning occasionally, for 2 minutes or until browned. Transfer to plate.
Step 3 of 3
Add onion and garlic to pan and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until softened. Return chicken and dumplings to pan. Add beans and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until beans are bright green. Add sweet chilli sauce, reserved liquid and noodle mixture and toss for 1-2 minutes or until heated and combined. Season. Divide stir-fry between bowls. Serve sprinkled with coriander.
