- 1/2 cup water

Bite size super crispy and tasty crisps.
Method
Step 1 of 5
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together along with 2 tbsp oil. Then slowly add water to form a dough. Add more water if required. The dough should be hard texture (harder the dough, more crispy the final product will be).
Step 2 of 5
Rest the dough for 20 minutes.
Step 3 of 5
Divide the dough into 8 smaller balls.
Step 4 of 5
Using a rolling pin, roll each ball until you have a round thin layer. Then cut into diamond shapes (or small squares). Heat oil and deep fry at medium heat until crispy and golden.
Step 5 of 5
Rest on a paper towel until it cools down. Then store in a airtight container and enjoy as a snack.
